     On Tuesday, April 21, Spencer Collier, State Representative for District 105, delivered a check to Castlen, to provide smart boards for the third grade classrooms.  Accompanied by community supporter, Mr. R.L. Pope, Mr. Collier made the day for third grade teachers Mrs. Hayes, Mrs. Erwin, Mrs. Potts, and Mrs. Seaman.  Mrs. Adams, Castlen principal, noted the teachers will receive training this summer regarding the use of this extraordinary technology.  Boards will be in place at the beginning of the new school year.  Thank you Mr. Collier for allowing the addition of such valuable technology tools to our classrooms.
