The Alabama Public Library Service has a website to help students in grades K-12 with their homework. Tutors may be reached from 3 pm to 10 pm, Sunday through Thursday, to offer  assistance to students.      Students may also want to access the Alabama Virtual Library to assist with homework.  AVL is a database of resources for K-12 students, college students, and the general public. Access is provided through the use of user names and passwords recorded on AVL cards.  Resources include encyclopedias, dictionaries, and journal/magazine articles organized by age and topic. AVL cards may be obtained free of charge from school and public libraries. Click on the link below the access the library.
